Since adaptogens affect each person differently, we do not offer a money back guarantee. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email info@elevewater.com with pictures of damaged items within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement order. Replacement orders will not be issued after 14 days of delivery. If an order is cancelled prior to fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus processing fees. Please review all ingredients and visit our FAQ page prior to purchasing and consult with a medical professional, if needed.

Cans may expand, freeze, or explode in extreme weather. If you live in a cold climate we recommend purchasing the Cold-Weather Protection Package, allowing us to include shipping warmers with your order. This will help lower the risk of damage in freezing temperatures. Since we're unable to monitor items once they leave our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for packages left outside by carriers or recipients.
