What are adaptogens? Adaptogens are herbs, roots, and fungi that have long been used in traditional medicine to balance hormones, reduce stress, and promote overall health and wellness. Think of them as nature's pharmaceuticals. Appropriately named, they "adapt" their functionality based on the specific needs of your body*.

How will I be affected by the adaptogens in élevé? As previously mentioned, adaptogens adapt to the needs of your unique body. In other words, no two people will experience the same effect. That said, we did develop our flavor options with specific goals in mind: fire contains energy-enhancing adaptogens, beauty offers cellular support for hair, skin, and nails and the adaptogens in dream can help with a good night's sleep*.

Will élevé give me a buzz? In general, adaptogens can counteract the effects of both physical and emotional stress in your body, oftentimes resulting in a noticeable mood-lifter. Don't be surprised if you start feeling a little elevated :)

Is élevé vegan? 100% vegan.

Is there sugar or food coloring in your beverages? Our sparkling water is free from sugar, honey, erythritol, or any other sweetness enhancers out there. The simple, refreshing taste comes from organic flavors and the beautiful colors come from vegetable juice and the adaptogens themselves.

What about allergens? élevé sparkling water does not contain dairy, nuts, or gluten. Some people may have sensitivities to adaptogens. Consult with your doctor for any concerns regarding the ingredients list.

Can I drink élevé if I am pregnant or breastfeeding? There is currently not enough research or evidence to know if adaptogens are safe to use during pregnancy and lactation. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is élevé USDA Organic Certified? We are not officially certified as a USDA Organic beverage. However, every flavor we use is certified organic, as are the majority of adaptogen extracts in the drinks. You can see the full list of ingredients when you click on each beverage under flavors.

What kind of water do you use? We use reverse osmosis water which is a purification system used to remove 99.9% of harmful contaminants such as fluoride, chlorine, bacteria and heavy metals. 

Are your cans BPA-free? Our cans are lined with BPANI Gen-2, which is BPA non-intent and complies with California Proposition 65.

Can I add alcohol to élevé? Some herbs have unpredictable interactions with alcohol. For example: Valerian can be a sedative, as can alcohol, so combining the two may be ill-advised. While we cannot officially recommend it, ultimately the decision to mix is up to you.

Where do you ship? élevé currently ships to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico, however, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).

What is your refund policy? Since adaptogens affect each person differently, we do not offer a money back guarantee. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, email info@elevewater.com with pictures of damaged items within 10 calender days of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after 10 days of delivery. Please review all ingredients prior to purchasing and consult with a medical professional, if needed.
